ESI Course materials
One printed copy of the ESI manual will be supplied to each course participant by the first day of the course.
In preparation for the course participants should read chapters 1 and 2 of the ESI manual before the first day of the course.
The following materials and handouts are required for an ESI training course:
- Course handouts
- ESI score form (please print 8 score forms)
- ESI evaluation worksheet (please print 8 worksheets)
- Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of the ESI manual (available to download from the ESI website)
